You've been there. You advertise a meeting on Safe Routes to School and a handful of people show up. Busy people drop off your team. The school (or the local government) has a million reasons why your ideas/programs won't work.

Take heart! Many local professionals and organizations are already interested in the "core curriculum" of Safe Routes to School. They simply call it by another name. These are the people who are already connected with the decision makers you need to convince.
